Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and concerns, managing reservations, and assisting with sales and receptionist duties. The role will require strong communication skills and the ability to deliver personalized experiences to guests.


Qualifications

  • Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and handle guest inquiries and concerns
  • Sales and upselling skills
  • Experience in receptionist duties
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide personalized experiences to guests
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local area
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
