Organizing the work at the contact center
- Communicating goals and timelines, updates to the customer advisors
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- To contribute to the answer handbook of FAQs for resolving the customer queries
- Responsible for developing the brand image of the company
- To handle and monitor the affordability
- To cross-sell and upsell products
- Responsible for handling the escalation calls at the contact center
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries as per requirements
- To communicate with the customer in the language the customer is comfortable in
- Record all the transaction in CRM and have a good understanding of the software
Key Responsibilities
Accessing customer complaint ID, document personal information to create and update customer records
- Ensure customer satisfaction and assist in helping multiple customer concerns
- Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company
guidelines
- Fast typing speed and quick in handling multiple windows on the desktop to multitask for the customer’s
concerns
- Always maintain a courteous and calm manner to de-escalate stressful situations
