Accounts Administrator

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and data entry.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients on billing and payment matters.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
What We Need:
- At least 2+ years of experience in accounting roles.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
- A team player who can also work independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
