**Responsibilities**:

- Create innovative engaging learning materials to teach students with little to no experience or prior knowledge of business and finance concepts
- Craft directions and training materials to help students produce the required deliverables
- Review other learning modules and provide actionable feedback
- Track reception and feedback from internal staff as well as students and incorporate improvements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (prior experience in business and/or finance roles is a plus)
- 2+ years of professional experience in program design, corporate training creation, or content creation
- Fluent in English with outstanding writing skills
