LexiConn is looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our team on a project to project basis.

**Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement microlearning courses and modules tailored to specific learning outcomes.
- Create interactive instructional materials, including multimedia elements, assessments, simulations, and scenarios.
- Adapt existing content or source materials into microlearning format
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of content, check for accuracy, clarity, and adhere to established standards.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to incorporate visual elements and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Adhere to deadlines and guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Instructional Designing for microlearning for LMS platforms
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field will help
- Proficiency in ID methodologies and adult learning principles
- Up-to-date with microlearning principles, best practices, and emerging trends
- Knowledge of authoring tools and LMS platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, EdApp, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc. for content development and delivery
- Familiarity with SCORM and other e-learning standards
