As an Instructional Designer, you are responsible for managing the instructional design components of assigned projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the development of innovative digital learning solutions.

**KEY EXPECTATIONS**
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience working on core digital learning/e-learning projects
- Strong understanding of digital learning development principles and practices
- Well-versed in the use of Gen AI tools for creating content
- Experience in following established processes and guidelines in project execution
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated

**CORE TASKS**
- **Project Execution (90%)**_
- Work on instructional design elements independently or in collaboration with a team (for entire courses or parts of courses)
- Assist in setting up projects from an instructional design perspective (including contributing to guidelines and specifications documents)
- Develop content outlines, instructional plans and storyboard frameworks
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and refine content
- Create and review detailed storyboards
- Review and ensure the quality of instructional design deliverables
- Contribute to visualization and design discussions
- Analyze and incorporate customer feedback to refine content
- Follow project plans, project guidelines, and pre-defined processes
- Use Gen AI tools:

- Utilize Generative AI tools for content creation, including drafting content, generating media, and creating interactive learning elements
- Refine and adjust AI-generated content to align with instructional design objectives and quality standards
- Identify and address limitations of AI-generated content and ability to ensure its relevance and accuracy
- **Stakeholder and Collaboration (10%)**_
- Collaborate with internal project teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication on instructional design tasks
- Provide instructional design insights during discussions with team leads and project managers
- Offer support to team members in instructional design tasks
- Flag any project risks related to instructional design tasks to the project manager, suggesting mitigation strategies if required
