**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed storyboards outlining the structure, content flow, and visual elements for educational videos.
- Write clear and concise instructional scripts and accompanying materials to effectively convey complex concepts.
- Ensure instructional materials align with educational goals, target audience needs, and brand standards.
- Conduct research on cybersecurity and business analytics topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Work closely with the video production team to provide guidance and support throughout the content creation process.
- Review and revise instructional materials based on feedback from stakeholders and quality assurance testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design, cybersecurity, and business analytics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in the field of cybersecurity or business analytics.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as network security, data protection, encryption, etc.
- Familiarity with business analytics topics including data visualization, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, etc.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in creating visual aids and instructional materials using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with multimedia content and video production is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- Certification in instructional design or eLearning development.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
- Knowledge of instructional design standards such as ADDIE or SAM.
- Familiarity with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Understanding of business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques.

Pay: ₹287,296.45 - ₹1,191,972.08 per year
