**Primary Job Function**:
CME team is responsible to ensure smooth execution of CME through vendor by effectively coordinating with the stakeholders, negotiating the cost to ensure cost optimization. He/ She is also responsible for closure of the events including proof of performance upload and necessary approval within timelines.

He/she should be efficient and effective team player with a strong customer service mindset perfectly cooperating with all relevant stakeholders including divisions, Marketing & Sales teams, OEC, BCC, Finance, IT support and all supporting vendors.

**Core Job Responsibilities**:

- Event Digitization requests for CME activities to be verified and approved
- Ensure event closure within agreed timelines
- Negotiate and ensure cost savings for the requested events
- Compliance adherence of basics to be validated
- Adherence to ARF budget and counts
- Ensure 100% adoption of “Listed Hotels”
- Liaison with ABMs and vendor to get the event organized
- Ensure 99% CMEs are done thru Vendor support
- 100% POPs to be uploaded and approved within set timeline
- Reporting of non-conformance cases with proper explanations from the field team
- Training to field on process and compliance policy adherence
- Share knowledge bytes with field on varies aspects
- Compliance & Audits - observance to set guidelines
- Query resolution
- Projects and UAT for Projects
- Update events with >50 attendee in SMART MEETING portal
- MIS/ Ledger within agreed SLAs

**Education & experience**:
Pharma industry:

- Graduate
- Overall 3+ years of experience, with current profile in marketing support /Event Management
