Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Force Analysis & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve sales force productivity and performance, aligning with business goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Design, execute, and monitor KPIs and metrics for sales performance. Create dashboards and reports to track field force effectiveness, productivity, and engagement.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize Tableau (mandatory) for data visualization and reporting. Leverage Advanced Excel (mandatory) for complex data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of R and Python (preferred) for advanced data modeling and analytics is highly desirable.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assess trends, opportunities, and threats, providing actionable insights.
  • Sales Territory Design & Alignment: Analyze and optimize territory structures for balanced coverage, maximizing sales opportunities across markets.
  • Incentive Compensation Planning: Support the design and management of sales incentive programs, aligning with SFE strategies to drive motivation and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to ensure alignment of SFE initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Training and Development: Provide analytical insights to support training programs, focusing on areas for improvement in field force skills and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or related analytics roles, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry or pharmaceutical consulting firms.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Tableau (mandatory) for data visualization and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel (mandatory) with strong proficiency in data manipulation and complex functions.
  • R and Python (preferred) for advanced analytics and modeling.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and convey these insights to stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
