Compliance Auditor

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work on ISO Implementation and for getting the organization certified from various other international standards organizations such as SOC2 etc.
- Accountable for taking the ownership of tasks related to formulation, implementation and control of processes related to organization level certifications.
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
- Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation; recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.
- Enhances compliance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Completes audit work papers and memorandums by documenting audit tests and findings.
- Supports external auditors by coordinating information requirements.
- Provides management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing management information.
- Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
- Execute on a suite of monitoring controls to ensure an effective internal control environment for various international standards setting organization’s regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the organization and structuring of management’s risk and controls repository as it relates to annual audits.
- Create and maintain internal control narratives, flowcharts and risk matrices.

**Requirement & Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 yrs experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar position in IT with a must have responsibility of owning all activities related to:
(i) New certifications.

(ii) Successful running of previous acquired certifications.

(iii) All processes adherence in respect to compliances.
- Should have knowledge of ISO27001/ SOC2 and other regulations.
- Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
- Ability to lead self in executing discrete tasks and developing compliance strategies to drive effective results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
- Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
- An analytical mind with excellent organizational skills and ability to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations.
- Should know how to get things done from the other team members in a subtle manner.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
