**JPB TITLE: EXPORT ASSOCIATE**

**Responsibility **(Critical to the function - Must be done)

1) Manage relationships with international customers, distributers, and agents to facilitate export sales.

2) Prepare & review export documentation, such as Commercial Invoice, packing list, export declarations etc.

3) Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, custom brokers to ensure timely transportation of goods.

4) Coordinate export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance & transportation agreements.

5) Monitor & resolve any issues or delays regarding the shipments.

6) Continuously seek opportunities to optimize export processes & improve efficiency.

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

1) Experience Engineer (preferred)

2) Graduate

3) Fluency in English

4) Friendly nature and pleasant personality

5)MS-Excel, MS-Office, Internet

6) Good communication skills

**Job Type**: Full-time
