Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales:
Identify and target potential corporate clients for partnership and business development opportunities.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.

Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with corporate clients to secure contracts and agreements.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Field Marketing:
Plan and implement field marketing activities to promote Avis Hospital’s services within targeted corporate sectors.

Organize and participate in corporate health camps, wellness programs, and other on-site activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and distribute promotional materials, ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for marketing and sales strategies.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Networking and Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.

Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote Avis Hospital’s services.

Act as the primary point of contact between the hospital and corporate clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, field marketing, or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong understanding of healthcare services, particularly in the vascular treatment sector, is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
