Key Responsibilities:
**1. Management
- **Effectively manage & coordinate the executive's schedule, including meetings, appointments, & travel arrangements.

**3. Documentation and Filing**:Organize & maintain important documents, records,& files. Ensure confidentiality & accuracy in document handling**.**

**4. Meeting Coordination**:Prepare agendas, materials, & minutes for meetings. Schedule &coordinate executive-level meetings & events.

**5. Travel Arrangements**: Arrange travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, & transportation for business trips.

**6. Expense Management**:Track& manage expenses, prepare expense reports,& ensure timely reimbursement.

**7. Task Prioritization**:Prioritize & manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met & priorities are aligned with business objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
