**Position: Company Secretary**

**Location : Gurugram, Haryana**

**Experience : 0 to 12 year**

**3 position-senior ,junior,fresher**

Job Responsibilities:

- Liaison with various internal stake holders and external stake holders, Law Firms, Lawyers, Counsel, Consultants, advisors, bankers and statutory authorities like ROC, RD, NCLT, RBI, Revenue Department, FRRO etc.
- Establishment of Liaison Office / Branch Office / Project Office of Foreign Parent Companies.
- Preparing opinion reports on compliance matters under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and other relevant Corporate Laws
- Handle all the secretarial matters including holding of Board Meetings and General Meetings, drafting agendas and minutes, maintaining statutory registers etc.
- Manage ROC filings of all necessary documents on time.
- Maintain statutory records & liaise with auditors and banks.
- Corporate Governance and Secretarial Services
- Handling Compliance of Corporate Governance Norms as Prescribed Under Various Corporate, Securities and other Business Laws Regulations.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
