We are searching for a B2B Sales Manager, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference.

**Principal duties and responsibilities**

Ø Search for new client leads.

Ø Manage relationships with existing customers.

Ø Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)

**Requirements**:
Ø Higher level education.

Ø Prior experience in B2B sales desired.

Ø Fluency in English.

Ø Good command of other languages like Kannada, Hindi and other south Indian languages would be an advantage.

Ø Interest in developing new set of customers is desired.

Ø Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of enthusiasm and motivation.

Ø Execute the commercial strategy

Ø Attentive/open to future trends & innovations.

Ø Drive Omni channel sales, aiming to always deliver a best-in-class

Ø Customer/consumer experience.

Ø Build the appropriate sales structure and manage the sales force according to their job content and purpose.

Ø Seek and execute opportunities to further grow the base and value of customers and consumers

Ø Understand the end-consumer and customers' needs and identify growth opportunities

Ø Find new opportunities to expand the customer base & value

Ø Build and use your network to be the first to know about upcoming opportunities

Ø Management Team Responsibilities

Ø Drive the (sales teams') results by showing strong leadership, being close to the sales force and support where needed

Ø Follow up on the team performance and take corrective action where needed.

Ø People & Performance Management

Ø Attract and retain talent and develop the team members by daily coaching, close follow up and implementation of learning activities.

Ø Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their (individual and shared) goals and purpose.

Ø Set individual performance and development goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP (Personal Development Plan) methodology.
