**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management (SMM and SMO)**:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content to foster a vibrant social media community.
Optimize social media profiles for brand consistency, SEO, and enhanced visibility.
Implement growth strategies to increase social media followers and engagement.
Leverage paid social advertising to boost SMO efforts and amplify brand reach.

**Google Ads Campaigns**:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on driving targeted traffic and conversions.
Perform comprehensive keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and optimize bids for maximum ROI.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Stay current on Google Ads best practices and emerging trends.

**Content Creation**:
Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content for digital marketing campaigns, including blogs, articles, and visuals.
Ensure that all content aligns with brand messaging and supports marketing goals.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Use data-driven analysis to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall marketing objectives.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding campaign performance and updates.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in social media marketing (SMM), social media optimization (SMO), and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and adjust campaign performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Google Ads certification (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**Bonus Skills**:
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience.
