**Job Description: Contact Center Executive (Debt Collection)**

**Job Title**: Contact Center Executive
**Location**: Vashi, Mumbai
**Experience**: 0-3 years

**Job Overview**:
The Contact Center Executive will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and work with internal teams to escalate unresolved issues. Meeting monthly and quarterly collection targets is key to this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess financial situations and propose suitable repayment plans.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with agreements.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams for unresolved issues.
- Achieve collection targets and provide regular progress updates.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or Marathi is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma (Graduate preferred).
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or collections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
