Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our IVF center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the center, including patient care, financial counseling, floor management, and staff efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall Daily Operations and Administration Management: Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the center, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources.">
  • Patient Care Service: Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring that patients receive excellent treatment and support throughout their journey.">
  • Financial Counseling of Patients: Provide personalized financial counseling to patients, helping them understand their treatment options and associated costs.">
  • Floor Management: Manage the physical space of the center, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.">
  • Efficiency and Employees Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee productivity and efficiency, ensuring the center runs at optimal levels.">
  • Hospital Data Management: Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions, optimize processes, and improve patient outcomes.">
  • Compliances / Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of patient data, treatments, and outcomes.">
  • Marketing & Branding Team Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement branding strategies, promoting the center's services and reputation.">
  • Financial Counseling of IVF Patients: Provide expert financial guidance to patients undergoing IVF treatment, helping them navigate complex costs and billing procedures.">
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring they provide high-quality services and products to the center.">
  • Accounts Dept, Pharmacy, Reporting Activity: Oversee the accounts department, pharmacy, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.">
  • Prepare Duty Chart for Department Staff: Create duty charts for department staff, ensuring adequate coverage and workload management.">
  • To check & maintenance of AMC for machines: Regularly inspect and maintain the Automated Microbiology Culture (AMC) system, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.">
  • To keep track of the overall performance of Centre and report the same to the management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and presenting findings to senior management.">

Requirements:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.">
  • Proven track record of success in managing daily operations, improving efficiency, and driving results.">
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.">
  • Familiarity with hospital software systems and data analytics tools.">
  • Certification in a relevant area, such as project management or quality assurance.">
