This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- This exciting role is part of a our IT team in a large multi-national company. The role offers a broad variety of responsibilities including great learning opportunities.
- Assists in monitoring various consoles, execution and monitoring as per predefined IT operational processes.
- Performs all periodic maintenance activities including and not limited to Daily, weekly, monthly activities with direct supervision requiring frequent instruction and guidance.
- Champions the monitoring process by consistently following the playbook/runbook.
- Works with customers to understand and meet requirements within the confines of the team's capabilities.
- Suggests enhancements to process and technology where appropriate.
- The incumbent in this role is also responsible for monitoring all processing during different shifts and work with support teams to resolve issues.
- The Command Center operates 24X7 with monthly shift rotation including holiday and weekends.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- 1-2 Years of IT Infrastructure Support/Monitoring Experience.
- Strong work ethic; highly organized; ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Excellent problem solving/ analytical skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to deal with ambiguous situations..
- Strong information gathering skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good team player
- Complete Understanding of Remote Infrastructure Management using ITIL Framework.
- Strong Understanding of Global Command Center, L1 Support Model and the Work Flow between L1 to L2
- Knowledge of Data Center Technologies, Facility Maintenance, Wide Area Network and Security.
- Knowledge of Operating systems like Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.
- Knowledge of Remedy.
- 1-2 Years of IT Infrastructure Support/monitoring Experience.
- Education - Any Graduate.
