**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- To supervise and contribute in the functions of Sales within the Sales Department, ensuring that various activities of the hotel is accurately recorded in accordance with Accor’s Policies & Procedures and local regulations.
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and going on sales calls.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Up-sell and promote hotel’s facilities and services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
- Acknowledge and handle clients’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Report incidents or other irregularities to management

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales.
- 2 to 4 years’ of work experience.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strive for results (Success oriented, data finder, initiate / pro-active).
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to think strategically, inductively & creatively.
- Pleasant personality & grooming.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
