**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our medical and healthcare sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing relationships with healthcare providers, medical institutions, and other relevant clients, and presenting our products or services to drive growth. You will play a key role in expanding our reach within the healthcare industry and contribute to overall sales objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients within the medical and healthcare sector, targeting clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to communicate their benefits and address client needs effectively.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor on our offerings.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Track and manage prospects and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.
- **Presentations & Demos**: Conduct virtual presentations and product demos, addressing client queries and emphasizing value propositions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align outreach efforts, share market insights, and improve sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on lead progress, pipeline status, and sales targets to the sales manager.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare or medical field.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong medical and healthcare industry understanding, including key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and engage clients in meaningful conversations.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to exceed sales targets.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a B2B outbound sales role within the medical or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Experience with virtual meeting software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) for conducting sales presentations.

**Salary**: Base Salary 8 LPA + Incentives (uncapped)
Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
