We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team and help maintain our high standards of technological support and customer service.

**Job Overview**:
Key Responsibilities

**Technical Support**:

- Provide first-line support for IT-related queries and issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
- Assist users with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, identify blind spots and maintenance of the same.

**System Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the health and security of systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, cctv systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.

**Incident Management**:

- Record and manage incidents and service requests in the IT helpdesk system.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or external vendors as necessary.

**User Training and Support**:

- Develop and maintain user guides and documentation.
- Provide advice and guidance to users on IT best practices and security.

**Project Participation**:

- Participate in IT projects and initiatives, providing technical input and support.
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
- Assist with the implementation of security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Conduct regular audits and updates to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

**Asset Management**:

- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including procurement, deployment, and disposal.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and support.
- Knowledge of office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and practices.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and effectively.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
- Office environment with occasional requirements to work outside regular business hours.
- May require lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
