Inside Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
- **Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations for interested prospects.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 4-6 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services is preferred.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
9. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
10. Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
