**Finance Officer**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations by managing, supervising and oversight of company’s financial transactions and investments.

**Responsibilities**

**1.** **Preparing analytical reports and budgets and regularly forecasting the company’s financial position.**
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Analyse financial information and summarise the financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Participate in financial standards/goal setting and the forecast process
- Prepare company budget according to schedule, sales & purchase targets

**2.** **Ensuring compliance with Tax Audits and Tax Returns**
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns - six monthly
- Create CTCs for employees to ensure tax savings for the company and incentives for employees.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
- Support month-end and close year-end process

**3.** **Build Financial control systems, use IT & mentor team**
- Liaise with company directors and promoters to improve financial procedures
- Provide technical support and advice on the Management of accounts and accounting systems
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers; Plan, assign and review staff’s work
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

**4.** **Financial Investments for the company**:

- Manage the investment portfolio of the company and its promoters
- Invest the employees PF in schemes.
- Suggest ways to save and invest in various debt and equity instruments
- Track all investments and prepare regular updates

**Requirements and skills**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Hands-on experience working on Tally ERP, MS Excel and general IT skills
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures, awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements; experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and preferably with Office 365.Accuracy and attention to detail & aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

Retired, PWDs, Women and experienced persons in similar roles, in and around this area

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
