- **Documentation Support**:

- Work closely with educational institutions, scholarship organizations, and other stakeholders to stay informed about new opportunities and maintain strong partnerships.
- **Student Follow-Up**:
- Maintain ongoing communication with students to track their progress, address any issues that arise, and provide additional support as needed.
- **Customer Service**:
- Offer exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for students and their families.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in counseling or education is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in student counseling, education consulting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the study-abroad process.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Empathy**: Strong commitment to providing empathetic and student-centered support..
