The Talent Matching Administrator will support the matching specialist team through the lifecycle of the talent marketplace processes and internal recruiting programmes. They will be responsible for ensuring strong administrative support for internal stakeholders.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Work with recruiters/matching specialists and be the point of contract in relation to interview scheduling
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for scheduling all recruiting related meetings for internal recruiting programmes - hiring days, wash up session
- Setting agenda and record of meeting minutes through the recruiting programmes
- Administration tasks for a number of processes within the matching team - Project admin tasks, WD auditing tasks, teams auditing tasks, excel reporting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detailed oriented with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Aptitude to learn in a fast paced environment

**Skills that you will need for the role**:

- Proficiency with MS Office Applications, particular Excel and Powerpoint
- Fluent English language skills
- Knowledge of WORK DAY would be advantageous; and/or experience with scheduling or coordinating logistics within HR Operations/or equivalent operations environment
