**Solar EPC Sales Executive**

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, online research, industry events, and referrals.
- Sales Conversion: Actively work on converting high-quality leads into closed sales by understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through a disciplined and strategic approach to pipeline management.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business, customer loyalty, and referrals.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and demand, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Proposal Development: Work with technical teams to develop customized proposals that address client requirements, align with budgets, and highlight value propositions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and high levels of satisfaction.
- Post-Sales Coordination: Facilitate smooth handovers between clients and the project team, ensuring client expectations are met and issues resolved promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates for management, detailing lead generation results, conversion rates, sales achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the solar industry, particularly in EPC sales, with a strong track record in lead generation and sales conversion.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to independently generate and convert leads.
- Strong understanding of the solar EPC market, products, and technical aspects.
- Results-oriented with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
