1. Person should have exposure of dealing Corporate planner and office of target companies mainly in Oil andgas and Chemical sector; PMC engineering team, investor planner, EPC tender team & off course relation totop management of all units2. Having detail update for customer insight for future investment planning3. Person should have back ground for similar activity of customer relation manager role in oil & gas and processindustries4. Person should have exposure & vision for future development & operation handling & also capable toLiasoning with various corporate, PSU, EPC,PMC etc...5. Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target..6. Responsible for all CPI related activities including Business Development, New Product development andOperations7. Will be first-in-line of CPI BUII. Responsibility and Authority1. Planning and execution of all CPI related products & services, including TPI, FQA, Safety services, RBI, PED2. Helping commercial team to make budget and costing of all related project3. Generating lead and help BD team for order booking4. Account receivables / collection5. Team development and skill enhancement6. New product development7. Support tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project.8. Establish company name into customer book prior to project announcement9. Establish & maintain relation with customer during & after project progress10. For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager11. Authorized to take call for pricing commitment with respect to business unit sales planning12. Person should be capable to handle 100 Cr sales & planning/ large team size and business.III. Education and Experience1. Graduate Engineering/M-Tech- Preferably MBA having 18-20 years’ experience from PSU/EPC/PMC/TPI/TIC.2. Person should be working exposure like EIL, Mecon, PDIL, ONGC, IOCL,BPCL, HPCL, Mott, :L&T at seniorlevel.
