Business Sales Executive

**We are seeking a dynamic Call & Contact Center Software Sales Representative to join our growing India team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to drive new business for our industry-leading call and contact centre software solutions.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our software solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth buying experience.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and timely information.
- Generate weekly sales reports, analysing performance and identifying trends.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to stay up to date with industry best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to generate leads through various prospecting techniques.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
