Job Description:
The Bakery Store Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the bakery store, ensuring efficient processes, exceptional customer service, and a thriving business environment. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
**Team Leadership and Management**:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bakery staff, including bakers, front-of-house staff, and stewards.
Provide direction, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.
**Operational Efficiency**:Oversee all aspects of bakery operations, including production, sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Implement efficient workflow processes to optimize productivity while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels, track product demand, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and adequate stock replenishment.
**Quality Control and Product Innovation**:Ensure that bakery products meet high-quality standards in terms of taste, appearance, and freshness.
Collaborate with bakers to introduce new and innovative products, considering customer preferences and market trends.
**Customer Service Excellence**:Develop and maintain a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering exceptional service and creating a positive customer experience.
Address customer feedback, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
**Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation**:Work closely with the team to design appealing product displays that enhance the visual appeal of the bakery store.
Ensure that the store layout and presentation align with the bakery's brand and image.
**Budgeting and Financial Management**:Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data to maximize profitability and control costs.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management regarding pricing strategies and cost-effective measures.
**Health and Safety Compliance**:Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
**Vendor Relationships**:Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
**Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, sales trends, and operational insights.
Utilize data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
