Front Office Executive

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the property and amenities.
- Manage reservations and check-ins/outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate housekeeping services and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
- Assist with event coordination and management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing guest data and interactions.
