**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Analysing booking patterns and market trends and monitoring competitor performance.
- Set best practice standards for: competitor analysis, environmental scanning, market modelling, distribution yield management, business mix yield management, length of stay yield management, inventory availability by channels, pricing control and new pricing concepts.
- Ability to initiating promotions to generate business at key times and forecasting revenue performance.
- Produce property-level business and creating reports about current sales, potential growth areas, or opportunities for improvement within the company.
- Monitor overbooking levels and opportunities daily and continually monitor booking pace; respond to unexpected variances.
- Manage and oversee tactics and strategies for all OTA channels and regularly check the input and the quality of data.
- Develop self to maintain professional competence at senior management level.
- Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented, and modified as market conditions fluctuate and establishes long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
- Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates on OTA channels.
- Manages room authorizations, rates and restrictions and initiates, implements, and evaluates revenue tests.
- Understands the working relationship between sales, reservations, and property management systems.
- Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
- Support all efforts related to optimizing OTA performance.
- Work with third party partners' data and internal data to identify revenue opportunities and/or challenges at specific properties or in specific regions.
- Address action plans, the opportunities and/or challenges.
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred in Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
- 3+ years of experience in travel industry revenue management, travel industry distribution/channel management, and/or hotel operations.
- Strong communication skills.
- R&D new ideas and results, in writing and through speech, to partner teams, team members, and hotel owners/franchisees.
- Analytical skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Self-starter, exhibiting initiative and confidence.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: As per market standards.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
