**Job Title: Administrative Executive**
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and conducive work environment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- **Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed.
- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and materials.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors when necessary.
- **Budget Management**:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses.
- Track and report on expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as an Administrative Executive or similar position.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
