Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

**Responsibilities**:
- Direct customer calls to the appropriate location and department.
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and escalate issues as needed.
- Follow product-specific guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Willingness to work overtime, alternative work schedules, or change shifts as needed.
