**About Artisaga**

Artisaga is a B2B wholesale design and sourcing platform that enables retailers globally to source ethically made Handicraft and Handloom products from artisans of India.

Our platform enables retailers to connect with Indian artisans to “design and source directly”. We enable Indian artisans to sell wholesale in the International market.

**About the role**

**You will work closely with the Founder Nidhi Mantri to plan, strategise and execute the business plan to increase top-line growth for the International wholesale business.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Explore new B2B business opportunities for Handloom Home Furnishing & Handmade Tableware products with Home & Lifestyle retailers, small businesses, and B2B wholesale marketplaces in India and International markets.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for the USA, Europe, Australia, Canada, and Middle East markets.
- Create & implement sales strategies and business plans for the targeted countries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with International clients and understand their business needs and objectives.
- Team management and expansion
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
- Recommend product lines to designer by identifying new product opportunities in Handloom/Handmade by surveying existing clients, surveying Potential clients, and trends in the global market.
- Result-driven, Sales planner, Aggressive marketing.

**This is a full-time employment opportunity. We are looking for someone who is passionate about taking Indian craftsmanship to the global market and building a start-up.**

**Qualification**
- Fresh graduates with sales experience of 0-2 years in International Business in an export-driven company.
- M.B.A (International Marketing) from reputed universities.

**Salary**
- Package of Three Lakhs Sixty Thousand Rupees (3,60,000).
- Sales Commission (Subject to the discussion in the interview).

Mumbai
