**Position**: IT International Sales
**Experience**: 1-10 years
**Location**: Mumbai
**Responsibilities**:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international IT service market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT service solutions to address their business challenges.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and present detailed proposals that highlight the value proposition of our IT services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
- Lead negotiations and facilitate the closure of deals with clients.
- Ensure all contractual terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and our organization.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and successful service delivery.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to enhance service offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international IT service sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with various IT services/ Resource Augmentation and Custom Development, including but not limited to cloud services, cybersecurity, software development, and managed IT services.
- Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
