**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Professional with

experience in OTC (Non-Pharma) FMCG/ FMCG (Food) Sales. The ideal

understanding of the OTC/FMCG Food market, combined with excellent

communication and negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales for OTC products and non-prescription drugs in assigned

territories.
- Appoint Distributors/ Super Distributors/ Sub Stockists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail pharmacies, healthcare

providers, and FMCG outlets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market

presence.
- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers, effectively

presenting product offerings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Collect market insights and provide feedback to support strategic

planning.
- Manage sales reporting and ensure all activities are accurately

documented.
- A Prior experience of Distribution Handling is MANDATORY.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in OTC drugs, non-prescription drugs, or FMCG sales.
- Education: UG with relevant experience or Graduate.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for

effective client engagement.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and

manage client relationships.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned area to engage client.
- Language: Should be conversant with the Local Language.
