**Job Title: Admin Operations**

**Location: Mumbai**

**CTC**: 15K - 30K Per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling all Office and Admin related work.
- Handling Bank Related activities
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Maintaining Pantry supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Order office supplies.
- Manage the annual maintenance requirements; follow up with vendors on a timely basis to get the maintenance jobs completed for all the equipment inventories.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 Years of experience in managing admin tasks/operations
- Highly-organized with good planning and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.
- Proactive with the ability to manage things with mínimal supervision
- Prior/Recent events organizing/managing/execution/handling experience is a plus
- Soft skills like emotional intelligence, storytelling and creative thinking (role play & simulation based training provided as part of placement process)

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
