General Trade Commercial Executive

The General Trade Commercial Executive is responsible for the execution of sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets in the general trade segment. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Sales Strategy and Execution.**
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
**2. Customer Relationship Management**
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**3. Sales Operations**
Manage and oversee daily sales operations.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
**4. Revenue Growth**
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Develop and implement promotional activities to boost sales.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
**5. Market Analysis**
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, preferably in the general trade sector.
- Kannada Launguage mandatory
- Accounting Experience is mandatory
- SAP Experience is mandatory
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
