**Job Overview**: This role involves building relationships with clients, conducting property inspections, and facilitating the sales process. The primary goal is to generate leads, close deals, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, leads, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an active database of prospective buyers and sellers in the CRM software
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide information on available properties

2. Property Presentation
- Prepare and present compelling property listings to potential buyers.
- Conduct property tours and inspections for interested clients.
- Highlight the unique selling points and benefits of each property.

3. Negotiation
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Advice clients on pricing, market conditions, and offer recommendations.
- Facilitate the negotiation process to ensure a win-win outcome for all parties.

4. Market Research
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and industry developments.
- Analyze and compare properties to determine competitive pricing and marketability.

5. Marketing & Promotion
- Develop marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Participate in open houses and property exhibitions.

6. Documentation & Contracts
- Prepare and review sales contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Ensure all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner

7. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Follow up with clients before, during, and after the sales process to ensure their satisfaction.

8. Sales Target
- Set and meet sales targets and goals as established by the the company.

Monitor progress and report on sales activities regularly

9. Compliance & Ethics
- Adhere to all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all transactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, especially East Bangalore.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High degree of integrity and ethical conduct.

**Salary**: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
