**Job Description-Modern Trade Retail Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern trade retail sector, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, department stores, and retail chains.
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration within the modern trade channel.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with retailers to optimize terms and ensure mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance, to support the needs of modern trade customers and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and present findings to management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Execute Offers, Promotion, Customer engagement and various marketing campaigns at retail outlets.
- Provide on the job training to store staff about sales pitch and product knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with leading modern trade retail chains.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
