The **Demand Generation Specialist at World of WOW Fitness **would be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that not only create awareness but also drive demand for the company's specialized services across both the United States and India. This role would involve crafting targeted **marketing campaigns** that resonate with individuals facing specific health challenges such as weight loss and hormonal issues. The specialist would leverage **digital marketing tools, manage cross-platform content creation,** and work closely with the **sales and marketing teams** to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition. Analyzing campaign effectiveness and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics would also be a key part of their responsibilities. This strategic role aims to expand the company's reach and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients, ultimately leading to increased engagement and customer conversion.

Following are the roles and responsibilities
- **Strategic Planning**: Developing comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with the company’s business goals. This includes identifying target audiences, setting clear objectives, and outlining the tactics and channels that will be used to generate demand.
- **Content Development**: Collaborating with content creators to develop compelling content that attracts and engages the target audience. This content can include blog posts, ebooks, infographics, and video content that educates the market and builds trust.
- **Lead Management**: Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads through the sales funnel. This includes developing lead scoring models to prioritize leads and creating lead nurturing programs that help move leads from awareness to consideration and decision stages.
- **Performance Analysis and Reporting**: Measuring the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI. Regular reporting to management with insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Market Research**: Conducting ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. This information is used to refine strategies and ensure the company's offerings meet market demands.
- **Technology Utilization**: Leveraging marketing technologies such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms to streamline processes and improve results.
- **Budget Management**: Managing budgets allocated for demand generation activities. This includes forecasting costs, monitoring spending, and adjusting tactics to maximize the use of resources.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
