As a Demand Generation Executive at ONN Bikes, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness, engagement, and acquisition of customers through various marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, driving user acquisition, and fostering customer loyalty.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers, leveraging both online and offline channels.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Drive user acquisition through targeted marketing efforts, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and referral programs.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all marketing channels to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- **Customer Engagement**: Develop and execute engagement strategies to nurture customer relationships and encourage repeat usage of ONN Bikes services.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a demand generation or user acquisition role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and exploring new marketing opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Salary**: ₹8,903.08 - ₹15,619.64 per month
Supplemental pay types:
