Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand client base, and increase revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry, including software, SaaS, and CRM, to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client. Close deals in a timely manner to meet sales targets.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written, with a talent for persuading leads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Google sheets.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software solutions, SaaS, and cloud services.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling client interactions.
