Inside Sales Coordinator

**Job Designation: Inside Sales Coordinator - RoadMate**
**Job Location: Cochin**

RoadMate, a trailblazer in revolutionizing automotive services, is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to orchestrate seamless coordination between Business Development Executives (BDEs) in the field and Area Sales Managers (ASMs). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at supporting sales teams, and possess exceptional organizational skills, we want you to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordination Support: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between BDEs in the field and ASMs, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and strategies.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative and logístical support to BDEs and ASMs, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and maintaining client databases.
- Data Management: Assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and key insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
**A Day in the Life at RoadMate**:
- Act as a bridge between the field sales team and management, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Assist BDEs with lead generation, prospecting, and customer engagement activities to drive sales pipeline growth.
- Monitor and track sales activities and progress, providing regular updates and support to ASMs and other stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy sessions, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
**Our Needs**:
- Post graduate (preferred) in sales or any related field with a positive energy, excellent communication skills, and a go getter attitude
- Prior experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
- Laptop is mandatory for this position
- work from the office.
