Sellers (traders, manufacturers, and brands) can list their food, grocery and FMCG products. The Company Marketplace is accessible to customers through a mobile app available in 4 languages - Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi and English. Company provides full stack services including storefront delivery and payments collection for its sellers, as well as working capital credit from third party credit providers to its customers using rich transactional data and proprietary algorithms. We’re looking for a Trainer who can:

Develop a thorough understanding of the customer needs, products in the market, the

manufacturers, the trade (traditional and modern).

*
Plan and execute Training Sessions seamlessly by working closely with the L&D Team and

Customer Delight Team Exclusively.

*
Define, refine and track metrics which help in assessing the health and progress of the Customer Delight Team.

*
Seek continuous feedback from the Champs through online and offline mechanisms to get a feel

of the current training techniques and quality audits.

*
Work closely with L&D Team in Creating Training Content for Company Technologies
*

Monitoring and providing continuous feedback on improvements in inbound processes such as

Voice and WhatsApp process.

*
Create innovative and Engaging Training Content for the internal team.

*
Work closely with the Quality Auditing team to plan the Trainings accordingly.

*
Develop a schedule to assess training needs

*
Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.

Maintain a database of all training materials

*
Review employee performance and learning

Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Business management.

1-3 years of experience as process trainer, managing team size of 15+
