We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at EPS CLADDING Company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with clients in the civil construction developer/ builders’ company and architect sectors. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue by effectively promoting and selling our EPS Cladding, Façade Decorative products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients in the civil construction/ builder’s developer company and architect sectors.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

3. Understand client requirements and offer appropriate alternative product of GFRC solutions to meet their needs.

4. Present and demonstrate our EPS product use instead of GFRC products and services to clients.

5. Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients.

8. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.

9. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.

**Requirements**:
1. 0 months to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building & cladding materials industry.

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

6. Knowledge of the civil construction and architect sectors.

8. Self-motivated and target-driven individual.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
