Customer Support Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with clients using the Office 365 Cloud System to perform tasks related to client software.
- Update customer orders in the client system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate daily production reports based on collected data.
- Maintain regular communication and coordination with clients to address any concerns or inquiries.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately within the client's system.
- Report daily assignments to the supervisor, providing updates on progress and completion.
- Attend daily/weekly meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss project updates and objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Possess intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute with proficient keyboarding skills. Demonstrate above-average verbal communication skills in English.
- Display good comprehension and grasping abilities.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant experience in BPM (Business Process Management) or back-office operations.
- Available for day shift work, either in the morning or at noon.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
