Job Title: Customer Assistance.(Lift Assitance)
Location: Pune
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistance cum Superviser. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for client by providing information and assistance and supervising the task, Your role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring their safety within the society premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet and welcome client with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
Provide information about the concierge service.
Assist customers for the service.
Offer assistance to customers with special needs, including the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with mall management, security, and other team members.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and lift operations.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other staff to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness.
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service, hotels,hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service attitude and the ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
