Job Purpose:
The Guest Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with clients, visitors, and stakeholders of the real estate development projects. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for all guests, handling inquiries, managing appointments, and supporting various administrative and operational tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

- Welcome and greet guests, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide information about the real estate projects, amenities, and services offered by the company.
- Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and assist with any issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Act as a point of contact for customers during their visits, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Appointment Management:

- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, property tours, and meetings.
- Maintain an organized calendar to efficiently manage guest interactions.
- Confirm appointments and communicate any changes to both clients and internal teams.

Guest Services:

- Assist clients with property selection, providing detailed information about available units, pricing, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information is readily available.

Administrative Support:

- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed.
- Maintain records of client interactions, appointments, and inquiries using CRM software.

Guest Experience Enhancement:

- Gather feedback from clients and visitors to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall guest experience.
- Suggest and implement innovative ideas to create a positive and memorable impression for clients.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Communicate relevant client information and requirements to the appropriate departments.

Event Support:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, property launches, and promotional activities.
- Provide logístical support for events, including registration, guest seating, and refreshments.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
